Everyone. These events are designed for anyone who lives, works, or cares about community in the LA area. You don't need to be experiencing a crisis or have a mental health diagnosis, Take Action LA is for people who want to move, connect, learn, and invest in their own wellness.
All events are open to participants 18 and older. Minors are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
MOVE is the Live Unstoppable Walk/Run, a free outdoor community event that combines movement with mental health awareness. Whether you walk, jog, or run, you belong here. Hosted by Dave Helem, featuring Issa Rae and Spencer Paysinger.

Start Time: 8:00 AM
Location: Curtis Tucker Wellness Center · 123 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90301

Not at all. This is a community walk/run, all paces are welcome. Walk the whole route, jog, or run. The goal is to show up and move together.
